We currently ship only within the continental United States (North America mainland only). At this time, we do not ship to:

In-Store Pickup
We proudly offer FREE in-store pickup at our Massachusetts showroom.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid photo ID or your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.
Electric Bike Shipping
Professional freight shipping is available for eligible electric bikes.

Bikes Priced at $3,000 or More

Shipping charges are calculated based on the individual bike purchased. Multiple bikes will incur a shipping charge for each bike.
Aventon Bike Shipping
Due to manufacturer shipping restrictions, Aventon electric bikes have limited shipping availability.
Aventon bikes may only be shipped to customers located in states directly adjacent to Massachusetts, including:

Shipping for eligible Aventon bikes is:

Orders shipping outside of these approved states cannot be fulfilled and must be picked up in-store.

All accessories ship for a flat rate of $59 per order, regardless of the number of eligible accessories purchased.

E-Dirt Bikes
For safety, regulatory, and logistical reasons, all electric dirt bikes are available for in-store pickup only.
We do not ship e-dirt bikes under any circumstances.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Larger freight shipments, including bicycles, may require additional preparation time for professional assembly, inspection, and packaging before shipment.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Exceptions
Certain products may have additional manufacturer or carrier restrictions that prevent shipment to specific locations. If an order cannot be shipped, we will contact you promptly to discuss available alternatives, including in-store pickup or order cancellation.
